The project involved a meticulous clean-up of the apartment’s layout, streamlining and enhancing the overall design. Walls were gutted to reconfigure the space effectively. RYA reintroduced elements to divide the living, kitchen, and dining areas, providing a cohesive yet distinct sense of space throughout. Notably, the renovation aimed to infuse loft-like characteristics into the traditional building, blending contemporary aesthetics with its historic charm.
