For this project, RYA renovated the bottom two stories of a brownstone building. The structure was gutted to its core and meticulously rebuilt, with special attention given to the facade facing the garden. This renovation aimed to establish a seamless connection between the interior space and the surrounding landscape, enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the property.
