Tomas Maier Showroom, New York, NY
New York, NY
Combining work experience from commercial and cultural projects, this showroom for a fashion designer was inspired by the work and furniture of Donald Judd. Comprising simple plywood veneer boxes that could form movable storage modules to subdivide the space depending on the needs of the day’s activities, the space was made to accommodate a variety of needs for the client. This venue allowed the brand to showcase each season’s lineup to retail partners in an environment that could morph to the ever-changing needs of designers.
