RYA’s UWS renovation reimagined a prewar apartment, including a maid’s room and a compact bathroom. The challenge was to balance the disparity in room sizes between the children. To achieve this, RYA implemented cool built-ins and storage solutions throughout the space, ensuring both functionality and style. A unique rubber sink was installed in the bathroom, adding a distinctive touch. The entire space was completely tiled, creating a seamless and easy-to-maintain aesthetic. Through thoughtful design choices and clever storage solutions, RYA transformed the UWS apartment into a modern and functional living space that caters to the needs of every family member.
