RYA expanded an existing house to cater to a multigenerational family. A new wing, housing the kitchen, living, and dining areas, was added to the existing structure, while the original space was repurposed into bedrooms. This zonal reconfiguration was tailored to the family’s needs, especially for the children, and took full advantage of its proximity to the beach, making it an ideal retreat for all generations.
