Twachtman House, Greenwich, CT
Greenwich, CT
RYA is currently rehabilitating an historic residence in Greenwich, Connecticut, as well as add a contemporary expansion and a garage, originally designed by brothers Quintin and J. Alden Twachtman in 1926. While keeping the original integrity of the French Norman architecture, RYA’s design intervention calls for a careful integrating a contemporary program that provided the clients with an extensive program, and enabled the original structure to adapt to the needs of a 21st-century family.
