This Southampton renovation carved out a modern residence from an early 2000’s traditional-style spec house. Many of the original detailings were stripped, including the heavy moldings, and replaced with more simple and clean flat casings. The plan was opened up, which allowed for a more free circulation and a casual beach vibe.
