For this East Hampton renovation, RYA was tasked with transforming the residence through minimal structural changes. A dining room and outdoor living space were added which, combined with new roof lines, revitalized the home’s dated aesthetic. An interior renovation, which used clean materials and introduced more natural light, aimed to open up the space as much as possible.
